Throughout his career, he has concentrated on supporting and achieving the strategic goals of the organizations he has worked with by applying practical management strategies that improve project management practices, operational efficiency, and execution quality. His career began with his contribution to developing telecommunications infrastructure projects for a governmental entity in Qatar. This role provided him with advanced knowledge of integrating electricity and water database systems and developing Geographic Information Systems, which were later incorporated into the national geographic database platforms for the electricity and water sectors. He later moved into the Electricity and Water projects sector, serving as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing the implementation of high-voltage power station projects and large-scale water reservoir projects for both governmental and private entities. In addition, he managed Electricity and Water control center system projects, which represented one of the most significant and longest stages of his professional journey. The consultant, Dr. Mohammed, also holds advanced expertise in several specialized areas, including broad experience in executing and managing major projects, skill in resolving contractual disputes and claims management, proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and cost control, and experience in evaluating and selecting contractors and consultants. He also has strong knowledge in applying value engineering methods to improve project efficiency, tendering, procurement management, and contractual negotiation processes, as well as factory and supplier inspections, testing, and quality assurance, project cost management and financial control systems, together with strategic planning and the preparation of effective operational plans.
